Shipping Policy
Shipping originates at the Printful company they have partnered with FreshPress.Ink to provide direct-to-garment printing and quick shipping. This means there is no warehouse sitting full of inventory waiting to be sold, each product is printing for you!
Wrong Address You must carefully fill out your information with your correct current shipping address so they may deliver it directly to your home without any unnecessary delays.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date to hello@thesd.store. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If a shipment is returned to us by accident, theSD.store will reach out and contact you!

Return & Exchange Policy

It is best to contact hello@theSD.store before attempting to return or exchange any products.
​
All returns MUST be sent to our return and exchange address:

Nothing is perfect! If your shirt is misprinted or damaged email us at hello@theSD.store within 3 weeks after the product has been received with a photo of the damage and we will exchange it for you.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility and there will be additional shipping costs to cover the reshipment.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to hello@thesd.store, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
​
There are NO RETURNS of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
